It gets its name from Powderhorn Lake, which has multiple playgrounds, community education buildings, playing fields and a warming house for ice skating in the winter. This thriving and diverse neighborhood is home to eight communities within, which include: Bancroft, Bryant, Central, Corcoran, Lyndale, Powderhorn Park, Standish and Whittier.

i. I have a unique situation, whereas I live far away from MN but have purchased a unit with Adam as my real estate agent. Initially, on viewing I always had family accompany Adam and valued their opinion but over time I have come to realize what a true professional Adam is and I have come to rely more and more upon his professional advice. I have found him to be responsive and due to the distance between where I live he has gone above and beyond the call of duty in order to meet my needs. Most of all I value his honesty, his integrity and he is not afraid top tell me NO when he thinks I am pursuing a bad deal.
