I first briefly met Adam in 2013 when he helped my brother find his first home. It was a no-brainer for me to contact Adam when I was looking for a place of my own. Adam's expertise far surpasses what you'd expect of a realtor and he made me feel totally at ease as a first time home buyer. He is clearly knowledgeable with renovations and he would often point out even little upgrades that could increase value and create more equity in the long run. We ran into an issue with the HOA of the condo I had an offer on and I was about to walk away but Adam came to the rescue and got us the information we needed to move forward. His negotiation skills are extraordinary and are what ultimately closed the deal for my new condo. I can't recommend Adam enough. I wish I could give him 10 stars. Seriously, you won't regret working with him!
